What We Collect

The family photos you upload, the portraits and cards we make from them, and, if you buy, your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and shipping address. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Photos of Other People

Upload only photos you took or have permission to use, and only of people who are happy to be on your card. Photos of children should be uploaded by a parent or guardian. We use your photos only to make your previews and your order, never to train anything or for anything else.

How We Use It

To make your previews and finished card, to print and ship any printed order through our print partner Printful, and to answer your questions. Your photos are sent to our AI image provider (OpenAI) to make the portrait.

How Long We Keep It

Photos and previews that aren't ordered are deleted after 7 days. Order records and finished files are kept so we can reprint or help with your order. Email us any time and we'll delete them sooner.

Ads and Analytics

We may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel cookies to measure which ads bring visitors. You can block these cookies in your browser. We also note which website, ad or post brought you here, keep that note in a small cookie, and save it with your preview and order so we can see which ads and posts work. To count visitors without knowing who they are, your browser keeps a random visitor number, and we note your device type and country. We don't store your IP address with any of this.

Preview Emails

If you ask us to email your preview, we use your address to send it and keep it with that preview. We only send you new scenes and offers if you tick the box for them, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Marketing

If you order, we may email you about new scenes and offers, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We may also share a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email or phone number with Meta and Google so our ads can reach you there. To opt out of either, email us and we'll stop.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We share your information only with the services named above, to complete your order and, as described under Marketing, to show you our ads.
